Chat is a useful tool to connect the visitor and the exhibitor, through which it is possible not only to communicate, but also to exchange files.
Messages sent by the visitor if not read, due to the temporary absence of the exhibitor, will be delivered by email and it will be possible to continue chatting both by email and chat.
The visitor to use the Chat must be logged in with his own Fiera ID.
